Other High-Throughput Sequencing

Although the GDC does currently not provide an Illumina NexSeq, Illumina NovaSeq, or ‎PacBio RS sequencer, we are happy to help you with planning, library preparation, and data analysis. The sequencing can be done in collaboration with the external pageFunctional Genomics Center Zurichcall_made (FGCZ) or the Quantitative Genomics Facility (QGF).
