Applications

The 16-capillary sequencer is optimal for testing new markers and getting long sequences. The instrument is calibrated such that the following applications can be performed.

• Sanger Sequencing (∼900bp reads)
• Fragment analysis: Microsatellite, AFLP, SNP (∼900bp reads), Cell Line Authentication
