Community analysis - Amplicon sequencing, Metabarcoding (eDNA), Metagenomics/-trascriptomics
Are you interested in microbial community analysis or barcoding? We offer various experimental designs, efficient and quality based data preparation, and customized data analysis support.

Variant detection - low/high coverage sequencing, ancient DNA, Reduced representation sequencing (e.g. ddRAD, capture seq), SNP genotyping
We use different approaches to predict small (SNPs), mid-​sized (indels), or large (rearrangements) genome variation. We can help you to develop genomic markers (e.g. microsatellites or SNPs).

Gene expression analysis - RNA-Seq, qPCR analysis
Even in a non-​model organism with little or no genomic resources, transcript sequencing could be a cost-​effective way to provide information on gene splicing, mutations and changes in gene expression. We can help you with the experimental considerations, data preparation and downstream statistical analysis.

Genome assembly/annotation
We are experienced with de novo and reference-​guided genome and transcriptome assemblies including quality assessment, sequence annotation and gene prediction.
