• Flexibly switch between plate formats and thermo blocks (96-and 384-well format)
• No need for passive reference dyes (ROX) or normalization plates
• Wide range of probe formats (e.g. FRET (KASP), hydrolysis probes (TaqMan)) and fluorescent dyes (e.g. SYBR Green I, EvaGreen, FAM, HEX, Cy5, LightCycler Red 610, LightCycler Red 640, LightCycler CYAN 500) can be used
• Optical Adhesive Covers required (ABI, Part number 4311971)
• Choose optimal type of multiwell plate (white or clear)
• State-of-the-art data analysis methods, in line with MIQE guidelines.
